Entry is only open to Australian residents who are existing Royalty Club members or who become Royalty Club members during the promotional period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the participating Chemist King pharmacies and of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.

To receive Royalty Club bonus points worth $5 ($5 Bonus), Royalty Club members must spend $50 or more in one transaction on non-prescription items and have their Royalty Club card scanned, or rewards details searched, by a pharmacy assistant at the time of purchase, during the promotional period. The $5 Bonus is applied automatically, as Royalty Club points, immediately after the eligible transaction is processed.  Existing or new members are limited to receiving one $5 Bonus per promotional period.

The Royalty Club Program terms and conditions apply to $5 Bonus points, and the ability of the Royalty Club member to immediately access the $5 Bonus points will depend on whether they have reached the “Qualifying Amount” as determined by the participating Chemist King pharmacy under the Royalty Club Program Terms and Conditions.

The $5 Bonus rewards points are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on Monday 14th November 2022 and concludes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 27th November 2022, at participating Chemist King pharmacies only. Purchases made after the closing date will not entitle the customer to the promotional $5 Bonus. The $5 Bonus may be used after the closing date, subject to the Royalty Club Program terms and conditions.

If a refund is processed for goods for which the $5 Bonus points were awarded, the Promoter reserves the right to remove the $5 Bonus points from the Royalty Club member’s account.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of entries and Royalty Club program members (including a member’s identity, age, and address) and to disqualify any member who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion to: (a) disqualify any Royalty Club member; and/or (b) to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion, unless any of the foregoing would be prohibited by law or the Promoter is otherwise directed by a regulatory authority.
